Scholarship Granting Organization
We believe no student should be turned away because of financial limitations.
Through our Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO), the Institute for Quality Education (IQE), every dollar raised goes directly toward helping students at Growing Roots Microschool cover tuition and fees. This ensures that access to a high-quality education is never limited by finances.
There is also a meaningful benefit for donors.
Individuals and businesses who contribute through IQE are eligible for a 50% credit on their Indiana state taxes, in addition to the standard federal tax deduction.
The Indiana School Scholarship Tax Credit Program, established in 2009, was created to expand access to private education for low- and middle-income families. Eligible students qualify based on income guidelines aligned with the federal free and reduced lunch program, and scholarships can range from $500 up to full tuition, depending on need.
IQE works to ensure that every child, regardless of income, has access to the educational environment they deserve.
